musicbrainz 2.0 isn't completely backward comp. with 1.0. Nothing is now using
1.0 so, i'll take it out before someone commits something that uses it.

Before the next version of musicbrainz is commited it needs header and lib
versioning.

It seems that zinf probably doesn't work with musicbrainz 1.0 anyway. The backend database has been changed which has probably br0ked all 1.0 clients.

Need to do some more testing compiling zinf with 2.0 and see if it really does work. If not it should probably be masked until a new version that support 2.0 turns up.
