I'm not sure I do it right.
I want to report that app-accessibility/festival-1.96_beta.ebuild depend on app-accessibility/speech-tools-1.2.96_beta.ebuild, but app-accessibility/speech-tools-1.2.96_beta.ebuild block this version of festival on amd64 arch. It longs about three days and I can not update my system :(

emerge -DuvaN world output goes below:

These are the packages that would be fetched, in order:

Calculating world dependencies... done!
[ebuild     U ] app-accessibility/festival-1.96_beta [1.95_beta-r4] USE="-mbrola (-X%*) (-asterisk%) (-esd%*)" LINGUAS="(-es%)" 0 kB
[ebuild  N    ] app-accessibility/speech-tools-1.2.96_beta  USE="X esd -nas" 0 kB
[blocks B     ] <app-accessibility/festival-1.96_beta (is blocking app-accessibility/speech-tools-1.2.96_beta)

Total: 2 packages (1 upgrade, 1 new, 1 block), Size of downloads: 0 kB

=== sparc ===

Both emerge fine (although I did have to unmerge the previous festival version to resolve a block), all tests passed, no collisions. Appears to function properly in command and tts modes. Init script (server mode) works as well.
