I'm not sure I do it right. I want to report that app-accessibility/festival-1.96_beta.ebuild depend on app-accessibility/speech-tools-1.2.96_beta.ebuild, but app-accessibility/speech-tools-1.2.96_beta.ebuild block this version of festival on amd64 arch.
