It looks like simply changing the version number fits for the new package.
sci-libs/mmdb-1.0.8 ==> sci-libs/mmdb-1.0.10

Reproducible: Always

There's a change to the api that means it no longer works with released coot etc. Do you have some need for this newer version?

As I was investigating the the new versions of coot I saw it on the server. Thats the reason why I filled this bug.
So sci-libs/mmdb-1.0.8 is still enough for the new versions of coot?

It's new enough for 0.4.1 at least, which is sitting my overlay right now getting tested (and hitting some weird issues). Haven't tried 0.5_pre yet because there's supposed to be lots of python and gtk2 reworking going on.

it's included in >=sci-libs/ccp4-libs-6.1, which is a dep of coot, so we can close this.
