The package app-admin/conky-1.4.9-r1, with USE flag vim-syntax enable, has a package collision with app-vim/conky-syntax-20050923 (which, BTW, is a dependency of app-vim/extra-syntax-2). All of these versions are currently stable (at least on x86).

This is the file:
/usr/share/vim/vimfiles/syntax/conkyrc.vim

Proposed solutions:
1. Make app-admin/conky conditionally depend on app-vim/conky-syntax.
2. Remove app-vim/conky-syntax in favor of app-admin/conky with vim-syntax use flag.
