This has been sitting in the tree masked for two years; unless it's fixed now (very unlikely from a quick look at the changelog) it should be just removed. Thanks.

New libpcap version (1.0.0) supports ringbuffer OOTB, so there is really no reason to keep net-libs/libpcap-ringbuffer any longer.

BTW: I don't have sufficient privileges, can someone please add bug #245171 to the dependency list?

eh, just removed it. masked for two long for people to care. thx for pointing it out.
