"dev-perl/XML-Sax" needs to change to "dev-perl/XML-SAX" (caps) since the package in portage uses caps. Otherwise error message:

"emerge: there are no ebuilds to satisfy "dev-perl/XML-Sax".
(dependency required by "media-plugins/mythweather-0.21_pre15669" [ebuild])"

If emerge dev-perl/XML-SAX:
