0.148 just needs ./autogen.sh run after unpacking source to fix configure script for gnome support

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.right-click on panel and add applet
2.choose terminal server client applet
3.observe failure

Actual Results:  
error adding applet, given option to delete, or not delete

Expected Results:  
should have added the applet properly

should just be able to add the call to ./autogen.sh into the ebuild for .148

OK, I added 0.150 to the tree, which seems to work just fine for me, including the gnome panel applet.
