Well, you must believe, that I didn't search the bug-database, do you?

I actually did search the bugtracker and I didn't get a match for a version bump request for version 3.0.8. May be, since it was closed and the headline says 3.0.7 beta.

I really believe the bugtracker is not the right place for version-bump-requests: it takes a lot of time to write and to maintain, what do you think? Do you have an idea in mind of a more simple solution for filing requests? May be this is for the dev-mailinglist, but I am not going to start a thread again, the last time I got screwed. ;)
