I had to drop the libintl patch from 1.11 as it didn't apply any more.  Please check whether it is still necessary on ppc-aix.

Garbage at end of version string: .1
[I] net-misc/wget (1.11@01/30/08): Network utility to retrieve files from the WWW


wget works fine on ppc-aix, tested with `wget google.com`
