There are no new stage files for ARM platform. Latest (2004) stages start having problems with portage compatibility (something with manifests).

And? ARM is an officially unsupported arch. Those stages are under /experimental. You're welcome to build yourself some new stages using catalyst. I'm CC'ing the original builder of those stages so that he can add his $0.02 USD, if he wishes.
