Been using it for a while on a trac instance, and it seems to have no stability problems.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. echo "www-apps/trac-webadmin ~x86" >> /etc/portage/package.keywords
2. emerge =www-apps/trac-0.10.3.1 =www-apps/trac-webadmin-0.1.1
3. Set up vhost, trac-admin install it, configure it to use trac-webadmin

Actual Results:  
Works perfectly

Resolving as WONTFIX as trac-0.11 will include this plugin. So we'll wait for that version to go stable.
