This new misfeature is awfully annoying, causing totally pointless borkage. Argh.
i have a patch already in my local overlay. But I need ca. 1 or 2 days to cleanup the old ebuild, because the old ebuild is not up-to-date in general. I will commit it asap.
ok, misdn-1.1.7.2 and misdnuser-1.1.7.2 are in CVS. check it out! ;-)

See attached Logs. Please tell me if you need any further information. System is x86_64/SMP and stable without mISDN. 2.6.23 works fine.

I have a similar problem: with 2.6.24 my system reboots every time I start capi, 2.6.23 works correctly. I don't know how to capture a log of the error, please give me an advice if you need more info.
