Installing Gentoo 1.4 RC 4  stage 1 fails initially since autoconf 2.57 ebuild 
requires (and hasn't as dependency) gnu m4.  Emerging m4 resolves the problem.



Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
Clean install from RC 1.4 CD
Actual Results:  
autoconf 2.57 ebuild fails to emerge

Expected Results:  
emerge without problems and continue the installation

Moving these so we can remove the "Install CD" component from "Gentoo Linux".

I apologize to everyone for this spam, but according to the bugzilla developers,
this is the only reasonable way to do this.
