This is barely a bug but would be nice to be corrected: the config file for the webalizer module (/etc/webmin/webalizer/config) should read:

webalizer_conf=/etc/webalizer.conf

instead of

webalizer_conf=/etc/apache2/conf/webalizer.conf

this is the case with all versions

Dont wanna open a new bug for this, but mysql is the same way -- points to /etc/my.cnf, should be /etc/mysql/my.cnf

https://bugs.gentoo.org/attachment.cgi?id=166321 was accepted by upstream and is now available in >=webmin-1.440.

webmin-1.441 has fixed locations and is in the tree.
