as bugs like 207621 start to expose that users are using later gcc version can we please make dev-cpp/commoncpp2-1.6.1 stable so they don't get compile failures. dev-cpp/commoncpp2-1.6.1 fixed this error in bug 18720 (24 Dec 2007) packages depending on commoncpp2 media-video/mmsv2 net-im/twinkle net-libs/ccrtp net-libs/libzrtpcpp net-p2p/qbittorrent
