Hi, this appears to be an accessibility issue. Could you please check that you have all the required dependencies installed, that gtkmm was compiled with USE="accessibility", that libview and libsexy were recompiled after gtkmm was built with accessibility, and that VMWARE_USE_SHIPPED_GTK is not set in your environment? Please also check whether the LD_LIBRARY_PATH variable is set, as this is often a source of the error message you're receiving.
Re-merging libview and libsexy fixed the issue. Now there's just the serial number thing...
