The current media-video/mplayer-0.90-r1.ebuild doesn't install the entire DOCS
directory and doesn't do anything with TOOLS. These are both potentially useful
when it is installed and are part of the distribution.

This is a patch against the current mplayer-0.90-r1.ebuild to install all of
the documentation and the TOOLS directory.
