hmm, looks interesting.

Review of your ebuild:
- not needed: "inherit autotools"
- s/C++CSP2 provides/Provides in DESCRIPTION
- Remove RESTRICT="mirror"
- A src_test for executing the TestNorm could be added to help the arch-teams
- 'doc' USE-flag should be added together with a conditional dependency on doxygen and add a src_compile with something like "if use doc; then emake docs || blablabla"
- Add a src_install function to install the stuff
- Add a dodoc line to add AUTHORS, README, etc.
