Hi. Did anybody try to fix it?
we dont spend any time on the loop-aes code ... it is provided as a convenience only if you want an update, bug upstream: http://loop-aes.sf.net/
If you look at the patch output, it seems to be just a wrong strip option in the ebuild -- should be easy to fix.
I don't think so, patch -p1 succeeds for all but 2 hunks in mount/Makefile.in and mount/lomount.c

There's an update available as of yesterday that patches perfectly against util-linux-2.13.1 http://loop-aes.sourceforge.net/updates/util-linux-ng-2.13.1-20080303.diff.bz2 I've updated the 2.13.1 ebuild to use it and it patches/compiles flawlessly.
Created attachment 145429 [details, diff] util-linux-2.13.1.ebuild.diff loop-AES-v3.2c Solves this. Please update.
Tested w/attached patch and can confirm successful application + installation + operation.
Hello base-system, I can apply this if you want. Thanks!

added to 2.13.1. i'll just look at dropping it for the next version, then we wont have to maintain this crap.
