Description Alain 2003-05-07 16:05:07 UTC
For people using RCS to track modifications in /etc files. The modules-update
does not skip the history files (*,v) and then will generated a broken module.conf.

So, my proposal is that modules-update could skip this kind of files. I have
added a patch proposal for this enhancement.

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. ci -l on a file in /etc/module.d
2. modules-updates
3. check the generated file.

Actual Results:
The generated file is not valid.
