ebuild for cweb.
This is my first ebuild, I hope it is okay.
cweb are two tools (ctangle, cweave) needed for compiling other programs of
donald knuth (e.g. the mmix assembler and simulator).

I was unable to create an attachment. Don't know why.
Get error "No file was provided, or it was empty." in Mozilla and Konqueror
