The following tools, for ISA cards, are missing from net-tools.

3c5x9setup
at1700-diag
atlantic
atp-diag
e21
eexpress
el3
hp+
hp100vg-diag
ne2k-diag

Adding them would enable nictools to go away completely, where it presently causes a collision. They should probably only be compiled on x86/amd64, I'm not sure if they will compile elsewhere sanely.
