Updated XML-DOM perl module ebuild to 1.42. Made minor changes to the ebuild -
changed references to CPAN mirror to CPAN main site to avoid mirror propagation
time issues in the future (i.e. ebuild is updated before all CPAN mirrors catch
up) in SRC_URI and HOMEPAGE. Tested on Gentoo ~x86. Depends on existing modules
dev-perl/libwww-perl, dev-perl/libxml-perl, and dev-perl/XML-RegExp.
