Description Greg Bowyer 2008-01-13 15:18:13 UTC
After upgrading to ~x86 ati-drivers (ati-drivers-8.443.1-r1) The Widescreen resolutions (1440x900) no longer work

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
Upgrade to latest ati-drivers
Actual Results:
System falls back to using 1024x768, which on a native widescreen looks fugly

Expected Results:
Everything at 1440x900

Workaround is to back down the drivers to the latest stable

Sorry, we cannot fix binary drivers; you need to complain to AMD/ATI.
