Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Emerge multitail
2. Emerge qlogtools
3. Watch the collision take place.

Actual Results:  
Collision.

Expected Results:  
Packages should either block each other, or there should be a patch (use-flag maybe?) to let portage rename some files on installing.

Thank you for report, Wicher. I've added blocker into qlogtools as it is old package and quite possibly will be dropped from Gentoo at some point of time. (OTOH multitail is evolving tool). FIXED.
