Since I was setting up a new box with some "quite experimental features", I've just notice that I was unable to compile any of the sys-apps/util-linux because I didn't install cvs. Since cvs is not included in the base system (and no longer "hype" ;-)) A dependency could be added in the ebuild

Erm...

1/ It uses git and not cvs.
2/ The git dependency is taken care of by git.eclass.
