Xml2doc is a very simple to learn xml processor that outputs many popular
formats: txt, pdf, html, abiword, etc..

okay, thanks for keeping up to date with this, especially when your bug has remained unanswered for so long. i'm interested in this personally (because i can see myself using the tools) and portage-ly, because it looks good to go in. i'll get round to it soon.
