Every time when I try to run OO i have message:

marian@localhost marian $ oowriter
Gnome session manager detected - session management disabled
openoffice.org:  You have no entry for OpenOffice.org 1.1beta in ~/.sversionrc,
yet the directory /home/marian/.openoffice/1.1_beta exists.
Please remove /home/marian/.openoffice/1.1_beta and try again.
marian@localhost marian $

I must remove ./openoffice/1.1_beta directory and run, but next time I have erro
r again

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. #oowriter
2. #rmdir .openoffice/1.1_beta
3. #owriter

Actual Results:  
Is working, but I must always delete 1.1_beta dir before I run OO

I had the same problem, and there appears to be a typo in ~/.sversionrc:

Simply change:
OpenOffice.org 1.1Beta=file:///home/mmoss/.openoffice/1.1_beta

To:
OpenOffice.org 1.1beta=file:///home/mmoss/.openoffice/1.1_beta

This should be fixed in beta2
