When trying to link a Qt4 application that needs libqassistantclient.a the link step fails.  When inspecting my system I find /usr/qt/3/lib64/libqassistantclient.a but no other version of this library.  I looked to see if perhaps there was a use flag for enabling the installation of this library and found none.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. The steps I did to create an error can not be repoduced because they involve development code.  But at least on my system there is no Qt4 version of libqassistantclient.a and anything taht needs to link against it will fail.

Link should work.
