Steps to reproduce:

1. emerge --sync
2. emerge -av gettext

[ebuild   R   ] sys-devel/gettext-0.17  USE="nls openmp%* -acl% -doc -emacs -nocxx" 0 kB

3. euse -i openmp

global use flags (searching: openmp)

no matching entries found

local use flags (searching: openmp)
************************************************************
[+  D ] openmp (sci-libs/acml):
Install the OpenMP parallel computing library as well (needs ifc or gfortran >= 4.2)

[+  D ] openmp (sys-devel/gcc):
Build support for the OpenMP (support parallel computing)


Should be:

output of 3. command should contain local use flag description for gettext
