Update vim to the last stable version produce an error on a patch of vimgdb.
ERROR: app-editors/vim-core-7.1.123 failed.

The problem disappear after an emerge -avD portage.

You're using a vim.eclass which doesn't belong to gentoo-x86.
Presumably the one I modified for vimgdb.
