I had to edit the install section of the makefile because it was looking for
man pages that were not included in the dist

Nice one Stephen!  I added the "squid" utilities manpages and did a few cosmetics -- please take no offence! :)  Struck pkg_postinstall and cleaned some whitespace.  Oh yeah, and added your name as Author.

OK, Steve and I discussed some of the difficulties with the hmmer ebuild, and have come up with this new Makefile patch and revised ebuild that address some permission issues on the manpages (why, IDK) and ultimately lead to a more concise ebuild.  On my todo list is learning how to use epatch... hmmm, that was easy!

Next two attachements obsolete previous uploads.
