The current desktop profiles

amd64/2006.1/desktop
amd64/2007.0/desktop
x86/2006.1/desktop
x86/2007.0/desktop

don't have the usb useflag turned on by default, nor have their parents.
Only the amd64/2006.0 has it activated, but that one doesn't have a "desktop" profile.

If this won't get changed for the current profiles, it should at least be default for the 2008* profile.

This is changed in the 2008.0 development profile for x86.  As such, I'm
marking this as InCVS for now.  I'll be creating a patch for other arches.
