xpix-0.1_pre

Ebuild wouldn't work for me, so I made it work.
Changed the copyright to the format drobbins has been trying to get people to
use. Added myself to the copyright, if that's ok :)
Removed some of the unnecessary dependencies, it only requires imagemagick and
X.

And finally tested it, works for me!

upstream seems to be dead for some time now, as i dont see why we should add unmaintained packages to portage i'm closing this as wontfix now
