Gentoo Config # layman -s xeffects

Also, I cannot see "xeffects" overlay with 'layman -L' command.

Steps to Reproduce:
# layman -s xeffects
Actual Results:  
Got an error message and nothing happened!

Expected Results:  
Update the overlay from the subversion server.
