For at least the past week, it hasn't been possible to use the ftp.belnet.be mirror successfully. Although the host still has an ip and replies to pings, it seems it no longer supports anonymous ftp service.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Add GENTOO_MIRRORS="http://ftp.belnet.be/mirror/rsync.gentoo.org/gentoo/" to /etc/make.conf
2. try to emerge a package without a local file
3. emerge will fail to get the file from the mirror

Thanks for helping Gentoo out with a mirror. Since the FTP no longer works and HTTP is lagging, I'm removing this from mirrors.xml. Please re-open this bug when the issues are fixed in case you'd like to support Gentoo again with a mirror.
