pgaccess gives error "Shared library file: '/usr/lib/libpgtcl.so' does not exist"

its right, this file does not exist on my system. so a dependency is broken
somewhere

i also set postgres in USE and rebuilt tcl, tk, and pgaccess, no luck

I can't find libpgtcl in any package so far

I think you need to do "USE='tcltk' emerge postgresql"

I modified ebuild to display the message as info.
