slightly modified 1.6.13 -> 1.6.22: does not need a patch any more, textutils -> coreutils in DEPEND, deleted the IUSE of crypt as it is not optional, config-file is installed directly in /etc (not /etc/hdup) as it is only one file. i guess "app-crypt/mcrypt" should also be added to DEPEND? hope this helps a bit.
1.6.25 is available. renaming works -- maybe a note about gnupg should be added to pkg_postinst().
Created attachment 25074 [details] hdup-1.6.25.ebuild (version updated) Updated to the latest version. The location of the hdup.conf file is now again in /etc/hdup/ because the proposed change of location to /etc/ requires patching some sources.
I was just writing an ebuild for hdup as I did not see one in my portage tree. Just halfway I thought of checking the buglist first. Can someone tell me why I can't find hdup in my portage tree?
Created attachment 29748 [details] hdup-1.6.27.ebuild (version updated) Here is the updated version of the latest hdup-1.6.27.ebuild. I hope this package will be added to the portage three soon.
