It's just one server: 221.231.137.215

rsync rsync://221.231.137.215
rsync: failed to connect to 221.231.137.215: Connection refused (111)
rsync error: error in socket IO (code 10) at clientserver.c(104) [receiver=2.6.9]

Sorry, please remove this server, for some reason, this server has to be closed.

I will open a new bug when this server is avaliable again.

well, forget about my previous reply, I have setup a new server, 122.200.66.105,
please update the ACL and modify the dns of rsync.cn.gentoo.org to this new server.

the ISP of 221.231.137.215 seems have some problem with rsync protocal.
