Description Jeremy Huddleston (RETIRED) gentoo-dev 2003-05-01 22:01:21 UTC
There are a couple things I wish were in portage. EDSL (http://edsl.sf.net) and
wings3d (http://www.wings3d.org) are the most recent. It would also be nice to
have NTPD (network time protocol daemon). I would be more than willing to make
some ebuilds for these to submit for inclusion in portage if nobody else wants
to. Please let me know if you'd like me to make the ebuilds.

Before last month, I used Slackware + mostly compiled from source, so I'd love
to help out managing portage if you need any more volunteers.

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1.
2.
3.

Nevermind... wings3d is in portage as 'wings'. Doh!
Comment 2 Seemant Kulleen (RETIRED) gentoo-dev 2003-06-09 08:07:42 UTC
and ntpd is there as ntp
Comment 3 SpanKY gentoo-dev 2003-06-09 19:26:21 UTC
and edsl is in there because wings requires it to compile
