please, add ebuild for sys-kernel/vanilla-sources-2.6.22.15

I am using the 22er tree with every revision and it is very stable. Also the 22er tree is the tree where security issues are still backported and there are no known issues with sys-kernel/vanilla-sources-2.6.22.15.
