test procedure:
1. emerge memcached
2. /etc/init.d/memcached start (listens on 0.0.0.0 by default, we want 127.0.0.1)
3. FEATURES=test emerge dev-perl/Cache-Memcached

It should run all 3 tests. If you get 'all skipped: No memcached instance running at 127.0.0.1:11211' something is wrong.
