dep-clean doesn't accept the ~x86 and masked packages that are installed. 
 
For example:  I have livecd-ng merged... but dep-clean stops when it gets that far in 
the world file because it's masked.   
 
Can an option of some sort be added so dep-clean can ignore the fact that some items 
are masked or have the ~x86 and continue with it's process?

Hmm... not sure, ATM the best idea would be to put ACCEPT_KEYWORDS="~x86" in your environment before running dep-clean

Closing this bug, this will work automatically (as dep-clean uses the standard emerge interface) when sticky variables are implimented in portage.
