Barcode4J is a flexible generator for barcodes written in Java. It's free, available under the Apache License, version 2.0. This project has formerly been known as Krysalis Barcode. An experimental ebuild for dev-java/barcode4j-2.0_alpha2 currently resides in the java-experimental overlay.
There's no release since 2010 - is this still valid, or do people use some other barcode thingy these days?
Unless some important application needs it, I would say forget it.
