This bump is really needed as current version in tree doesn't work properly with gnome-2.20:

More specifically, 0.9.4 does not work with GTK+ 2.12.1. The first drop down works fine, but after that the window turns grey. The terminal still works, but it's troublesome when you can't see what you're typing.

Reproducible: Always

1. emerge =x11-terms/tilda-0.9.4
2. emerge =x11-libs/gtk+-2.10.14
3. tilda works fine
4. emerge =x11-libs/gtk+-2.12.1-r1
5. tilda doesn't work

Finally added to CVS, sorry that took so long.
