Description Benoit GANNE 2007-12-14 22:38:45 UTC
This an ebuild and a patch to compile the maildir++ plugin for mail-client/claws-mail.
This plugin allows claws-mail to use maildir++ tree directly.
The ebuild is against the current stable version, maildir-0.24.4, and I have tested it on x86 with mail-client/claws-mail-3.0.2-r1 (current stable).
The patch allows maildir-0.24.4 to compile, because of a modification of the plugin API. In fact this patch is a diff between maildir-0.24.4 (stable) and maildir-0.24.4-cvs4 (latest cvs snapshot).
I use the stable version rather than the latest snapshot because I think that the URL will be more stable.

Reproducible: Always

I'm sorry, but maildir plugin is not supported by upstream anymore, and is known to be broken in some cases, possibly leading to loss of data. That's why it was removed from Portage tree few months ago, and that's also why I am not going to add it back. Sorry.
