Webalizer V2.01-10 (Linux 2.4.17-r3) English
Using logfile /var/log/apache/access_log (clf)
Creating output in /home/httpd/htdocs/webalizer
Hostname for reports is 'anubis'
History file not found...
Generating report for March 2002
libpng warning: Application was compiled with png.h from libpng-1.0.12
libpng warning: Application  is  running with png.c from libpng-1.2.1
gd-png:  fatal libpng error: Incompatible libpng version in application and library
Segmentation fault

As you can see libpng has to different version of the header files which will
cause problems. This was caused by an upgrade of libpng

emerge search libpng
      Latest version Available: 1.2.1-r1
      Latest version Installed: 1.2.1-r1

so please upgrade the header files aswell

upgrading libgd fixed the problem
