Description Amaury De Ganseman 2007-12-14 10:02:20 UTC
I've juste installed kbfx and when I add it to panel kicker takes 99% of cpu and nothing happens (the "add applet" windows doesn't respond and kicker freeze).
I must kill -9 kicker and restart kicker to have a usable desktop.

emerge --info below

If you need more infos tells me.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. run add to panel
2. Add kbfx to panel or drop it

Actual Results:
kicker takes 99% cpu, freeze and nothing happens

Expected Results:
Have kbfx working ;-)

The Bugzilla product is only for problems with the bugs.g.o site.

So I have to add a new bug (in gentoo linux) or it's ok now ?
Comment 3 Stefan Schweizer (RETIRED) gentoo-dev 2008-03-11 21:37:04 UTC
this is an upstream bug, dont see what I can do in gentoo to fix this. But I can suggest you to use kde4 it has a similarly cool menu ;-)
