Tried to update system this morning, but could not update sys-libs/timezone-data-2007i as I could not download tzdata2007i.tar.gz from the portage mirror. Updated /etc/portage/package.keywords and added ~amd64 to the =sys-libs/timezone-data-2007j atom and that merges ok.

Looks like you tried to grab something before it'd been mirrored onto those distfiles mirrors - there can be a 4-24 hour lag depending on whether its an official distfiles mirror or not :) Fixed now, marking as such.
