Few days ago muttprint 0.70 was released

This is the ebuild. (It is based on muttprint-0.63a.ebuild)

I've contacted Bernhard Walle (muttprint's author) and he is going to modify the Makefiles to make them Gentoo friendly.

He is going to release muttprint-0.71 _very_ soon so here you have the ebuild.

Added to portage. Thanks for the ebuild (and thank to the author for making the Makefiles so easy to deal with.)
